For a luxurious top-floor apartment in Elche, a holistic interior design concept was developed that ties together living, sleeping and outdoor living.

In the living area, a custom TV wall with integrated fireplace is planned, giving the room structure, warmth and a high-quality focal point. The originally planned sliding door to the bedroom is replaced by a glass loft door to bring transparency and architectural lightness.

On the covered rooftop terrace, an outdoor kitchen with dining area is added. The standard sliding window here is replaced by a generous arched loft door to strengthen the transition between inside and outside.

The TV wall combines warm mineral surfaces around the fireplace with an integrated woodpile niche. The glass loft doors introduce a clear metal-and-glass element into the concept and contrast with the soft interior textiles.

On the rooftop terrace, a round stone table and oak chairs complement the outdoor kitchen. Warm woods, stone and graphic black framing run through all three zones.

The fireplace gives the living room a residential focal point in the evening, with the integrated woodpile niche as a design detail beside it. The glass loft door to the bedroom keeps the connection to the private area open and lets more light into the sleeping space.

On the rooftop terrace, the stone table under open sky becomes the central spot for meals.

Living area, bedroom and rooftop terrace read as one continuous living concept. The custom TV wall with fireplace, the glass loft door to the bedroom and the arched loft door to the rooftop outdoor kitchen are the three main architectural interventions.
